2. 30 Day Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day return period from the date you receive your order.
You have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason.
To start a return, you must contact us by email at admin@molinatrading.co.uk, clearly stating:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Items should be returned in original packaging where possible
• Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.
Refunds include the original standard delivery cost paid at checkout, where applicable.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund.
If the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.

• Photos or videos where relevant
We will cover all reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.
6. Non-Returnable Items

• Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear after delivery
• Items returned incomplete or missing components
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
